Justin Proulx

As the Vocational Director at a re-entry facility, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals from incarceration back into society with dignity and opportunity. My work focuses on vocational training, empowering men and women with the skills needed for meaningful employment after prison. An ordained minister through FreshStart Church, I approach my work with a holistic perspective, aiming to support both the spiritual and practical needs of those I serve. Married since 9/11/2009, my family life is a bedrock of my existence, informing my compassionate approach to helping others rebuild their lives. As a father, I am motivated daily to create a world where second chances are embraced and redemption is within everyone's reach. At Jamestown University, I am honored to be on the Dean's List, furthering my education in Communications and Business Studies. This academic pursuit is not just for personal growth but to enhance my ability to serve and advocate for systemic changes that support re-entry and rehabilitation. My journey is one of continuous learning, service, and dedication to breaking the cycle of incarceration and substance abuse, ensuring every individual has the chance to thrive in freedom.
