James Peth
I'm a PhD student in Nutrition at CSU. My career goal is to be a professor of human nutrition with teaching, research, and outreach responsibilities. In my doctoral studies, I hope to delve deeper into the relationships between nutrition and health so that I may be better able to teach others and improve public health.
I'm interested in issues relating food, nutrition, food systems, and environments to community health and food security; sustainable capitalism, and market-based solutions to create universal access to nutritious food, health care, transportation, and healthy environments; and the most effective methods of communicating the above issues to broad audiences.

Colorado State University's College of Health and Human Sciences congratulates James Peth on receiving the Marian Adams Graduate Fellowship for 2013-2014! This recognition reflects James's accompli...
