James Heins

I'm the youngest of 11 children, raised in a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in the Eastwood township of Syracuse, NY. I spent my eighteenth birthday in Army Basic Training @ Ft Jackson, SC, because I've never felt so certain of any other decision in my life. Well, except for one, coming back to college. I recently received the Scott Scholarship, as well as, the Graduate Diversity Fellowship. I plan on self publishing my first children's storybook, "The Story of Fork, Spoon, and Knife: A Lesson in Using Utensils", in the very near future. I'm also in the process of writing a graphic novel.
