Recovery Coaches build trusting relationships, help participants set and achieve recovery goals, connect them with community resources, and support all pathways to recovery. They serve as non-clinical advocates and mentors, working alongside participants to reduce barriers and build recovery capital. Recovery Coaches promote hope, empowerment, and long-term recovery through compassionate, strengths-based support.
The Adult Peer Support Specialist uses their own lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use challenges to support others on their recovery journey. This role provides non-clinical, strengths-based support, advocacy, and resource navigation to adults seeking wellness and recovery. The Peer Support Specialist promotes hope, personal empowerment, and connection through peer relationships.
