In December of 2012, I graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. Following in May of 2014, I graduated from The University of Alabamas Manderson Graduate School of Business with a Master of Science in Marketing. While completing my graduate coursework for The University of Alabamas M.S. in Marketing Program, I worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for online and on-campus International Business courses. During the same time period, I also served as a Marketing Intern for Habitat for Humanity Tuscaloosa, helping launch a fundraising campaign associated with a local Habitat house-building initiative. Now, I am a doctoral student of marketing at The University of Alabama; after which I will pursue a marketing professorship - for research is what drives me. My research focuses primarily on services marketing, with a specific concentration on front-line customer-employee service interactions, brand authenticity, and brand identification. For more information about my research, education, work experience, etc., please see my resume/CV below.
