Provide program support for a new initiative called the "Community Health Resilience Project," which focuses on engaging community groups and developing materials to catalyze the integration and alignment of health preparedness, health promotion, and health equity to improve community resilience and advance health security.

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, selecting and training URI 101 Mentors of University of Rhode Island's University College. Lead advertising projects for recruitment, presented at lectures and hosted programs to educate the community about being an advocate for diversity and civic engagement.

Assist professors and faculty members in qualitative research. I also conduct independent research projects of topics relating to the workplace and workforce with data given from the federal government and private foundations. While the research is focused mainly on labor history and labor markets, areas of interest are also applied to the workplace and public policy issues under disciplines of economics, sociology, psychology, organizational behavior, human resources and labor relations.
