READ for the Stars

President Spring 2018 Lesson Planner Fall 2017 Once a week, group members work with 3rd graders at Delaware Community School in Albany. Our goals are to promote literacy and education in inner city school districts, encourage active participation of elementary students in after school activities, increase students' interest in their own education and expand the Franciscan mission of Siena College. Siena students play educational games with the children and are given the opportunity to be role models and mentors at Delaware Community School.
