I was responsible for greeting and seating arriving customers while making any necessary accommodations for larger groups, providing recommendations based on the customers preferences, obtaining thorough knowledge of our menu and general restaurant information, placing and packaging to-go orders, having extensive knowledge on our computer systems, and keeping the restaurant clean and stocked to provide a positive environment for our customers.

As a waitress at Uncle Julios, it was my responsibility to obtain extensive knowledge on our food and drink menu, work quickly to ensure that service is delivered in a timely and efficient manner, clean and fully restock service stations, pre-bussing and bussing tables in order to provide a clean environment for our customers, as well as being attentive to my tables to provide them with a positive dining experience.

As a To Go Specialist, I was responsible for answering phone calls, concisely taking and placing orders, packaging to-go food, and keeping the to-go station clean and fully stocked. I was extremely knowledgeable about each menu item, as well as general store information to ensure that I could answer any question that a customer may have, in addition to making recommendations on our products.
