Worked with IT company on their initial development of risk management internet portal for use by LTC facilities by creating proprietary algorithms based on my knowledge of MDS, Care Plans, QI/QMs, state/federal regulations, etc. Functioned as the primary consultant for "Ask the MDS Guru" service, which provided "expert" information for MDS Coordinators. Participated in in-house, conference call, & regional business meetings with LTC owners/companies to initially market, then individualize & trouble-shoot the services. After 3 months, the service was "up & running" & my contract for clinical consultation services was fulfilled.
