Jill Janssen

I am a highly motivated professional committed to improving organizations' structures such as revising a company's design to better support the goals of the company. My goal as an organizational consultant is to make the best use of all available resources by organizing them in the most logical and advantageous structural organization. My skills include: addressing the overall operations of the company or focusing on specific aspects such as addressing the policies and procedures that govern the customer relations and support functions of the organization. Currently, I finished up my dissertation and will graduate in May from the Educational Psychology program at Georgia State University. My areas of Interests include: Optimizing organizational structures, developing and advocating time management strategies, working with at-risk learners both children and adults, and assessments.
