Majoring in Electrical And Computer Engineering
New York Institute of Technology, Class of 2020
From Valley Stream, NY
As an Electrical and Computer Engineering major at the New York Institute of Technology, I am constantly immersed in technology and surrounded by faculty and students who are knowledgeable about many changing trends and potential innovations. This environment has nurtured me into becoming an avid explorer and a sponge for information. My ultimate goal is to emulate those who are successful and improve myself. As a tutor, I put in over 50 hours during a single semester helping and inspiring students in the Java Programming language; this taught me to look at problems from various perspectives. As an IT intern, I showed heavy attention to detail and focus to ascertain the desired outcome and deploy that solution to multiple devices. I am a passionate learner, and I believe learning never ends. When working, I take in as much knowledge as I can to maximize my impact in my place of work and explore ways in which I can take initiative. I would like to bring my experiences, eagerness, determination, perseverance, and passion for learning to future companies so that I can grow and become an invaluable member of any team.
