I lead a team of senior BI analysts to support a major financial system implementation impacting analytics and management reporting across all functions of the company. This effort includes identifying gaps and designing appropriate solutions to support the business functions, and at the same time communicating and helping reporting analysts across the company adopt the new BI vision. My goal is to eliminate discrepancies between reporting solutions, and consolidate reporting tools and reports.
