Hi everyone,
I retired from a wonderful career in nursing in 2014. I am 58 years old and mom to four wonderful adults. God called me on April 25, 2018, into ministry and let me know in no uncertain terms that I was to go to Grace Bible College. I had never heard of Grace or seen any ads for the school prior to this time. I have had a very successful year and a half at Grace and can't wait to continue on with my bachelor's degree. I have been on the dean's list and the president's list and have enjoyed every minute of my time at Grace. God has had His hand on my schooling since the beginning. The staff at Grace have been wonderful and so supportive. I hope to start the CAMS / MIP training to become a pastor within the Church of God in the spring.

I received the honor of being on the Dean's list after my first quarter with a 3.85 GPA. This is amazing to me because I was always a student who worked very hard but didn't have a lot of success. If I received a C, I was happy and if I happened to get a B, there was a party.

Church Leadership
I have many hats that I wear in my church and am enjoying every minute. I have attended Daystar Worship Center in Gordonsville, Va since 2003. I teach adult Sunday school and do many administrative jobs for the church. My pastor, his wife, and my church family have been so supportive of my ministry pursuits. I am really looking forward to finding out where God is going to take me from here.

Charge Nurse at A Nursing Facility
I worked as a nurse from 1994 until 2014 when I retired. My main focus was working with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients but then started working with folks who had feeding tubes, trachs, and were on LTV (LapTop Ventilators). I enjoyed every bit of my career as I was able to help many people.
