My multilingual language ability from my background of growing up in a multicultural environment allow me to support the needs of students from different cultures, and through my understanding of the ways of getting along with different cultures, mutual respect skills, and communication strategies, it helps strengthen my relationship with the student's family. With strong collaborative skills and emotional stability, I am prepared to work with the program team to deal with unforeseen circumstances to achieve the goals of the student education program.
