I am almost positive we all hated our High school years, so instead I decided to teach Middle schooler's. I often hear the difficulties of teaching adolescents, the scoffs, the eye rolls, and the hormones raging out of their ears. However, I have a fondness for the chaos, a belief that hard work pays off. Usually the harder something is the more people want to call it quits, for myself I find a passion within myself which makes me want to try even more. As a college student, I have worked with a variety of students and people. I am currently working on my Pre-K-8 Special Education Certification with Dual Certificate Special in Middle-Level (4-8) Bachelor of Science degree at East Stroudsburg University. During my time, I have been awarded Deans List with a 3.5 GPA. I also frequently volunteer my time with students with disabilities, ranging from intellectual disability to physical disability.

Tutor at Private MathematicsTutor
During my time of mathematics tutoring I privately tutor a 6th grade student. They are currently working on long division, decimals, and multiplication. I create personalized homework for the student to be able to do when we do not meet. I also schedule tutoring appointments with their parents to coordinate a time that is appropriate for the both of us. I review class material with students by helping him with his homework and creating example problems so he can learn to do them more independently.
