Level up Your Marketing: Strategies from E3
As part of my marketing apprenticeship for Murphy Strategic Marketing, I had to write blog posts centered around marketing. I'm passionate about the video game industry so while watching the Entertainment Expo, a trade-show to reveal new and upcoming video games, I decided that there were a lot of effective marketing techniques used there.

Two Halves
Final project for my Digital Photography course. I expanded on my own personal style by making a photostory of a dark relationship. From the start, I wanted to explore how tape can be used to obscure or replace the humanity of a person.

Changes in Consumer Spending
A final presentation for my Intermediate Macroeconomics course. Jake Bilodeau, Sherlock Shi, and I explored how consumer spending was affected by exploring trends in the labor force, consumer confidence, and revolving credit. Overall, we saw that the Fed should not alter interest rates due to the positive trends seen. If action absolutely had to be taken, it would be to raise interest rates in preparation for a future recession where the debts accumulated would hit the economy hard.

Because You Speak to Me in Words and I Look at You with Feelings
For Legacies of the Ancient World, I had to explore how The Odyssey and The Epic of Gilgamesh compared and contrasted. I focused on how the concept of love was expressed by the shaky relationships the protagonists were involved in. Although it may be easy to see the women in these relationships as just pure evil or toxic, I see it as a more complicated web of conflicting feelings that each party did not understand.

A Comparison of a Self Paced Education Styles: Video and Reading
This is a copy of my AP Research project where I examined the effectiveness video learning and book learning had on students who went through a self-paced education path. This is a very rough research project and the actual experiment done gives faulty results at best due to the complications experienced. However, writing this paper was a meaningful experience as I went through a full process of gathering sources, designing an experiment, and evaluating my results. The Prep Journal provided demonstrates the above sentiment clearly, offering a general timeline of all my thoughts and emotions throughout the process. I have not edited the content of this paper in order to preserve the original quality of the submission.

Goliaths Hate Him! Local Author Exposes the Secret to Legitimate Power
This is a short essay I wrote for the Advanced Literature course I took during my senior year in high school. In it, I discuss how legitimate power comes from the personal connections authority has on their subjects. I use Malcolm Gladwell's book David and Goliath and Hiroyuki Okiura’s film Jin-Roh as the backbone of the argument. These two works provide clarity on why power can shift around so much through their depictions of betrayal, chaos, and sometimes order. I have not edited the content of this paper to preserve the original quality.
