This job gave me a solid understanding of how theme park attractions work. As a Senior Control Designer in the Design and Engineering department, I am responsible for designing and updating all Ride, Audio-Video, Graphic designs, and Show control drawings associated with theme park attractions. I also assist in training interns, contract workers, and new cast members. My work involves using various software tools like AutoCAD, Solidworks, Corel Draw, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Additionally, I am responsible for quality/design assurance by checking all Rides, Audio-Video, and Show control drawings.
