My interest in health and wellness started at a very young age and from then has expanded on a broad spectrum. When I separated from the Marines I got certified by the American Council on Exercise and obtained a job at Anytime Fitness. During my employment there I went to school part-time and my passion for knowledge in fitness grew even further. I made the decision to pursue the path towards Clinical Exercise Physiology. I am currently pursuing my Undergraduate in Exercise Science and will soon be pursuing my Graduate work in Exercise Physiology.
