Starting work at 5:30, Monday-Friday, I had the responsibility of showing up on time ready for work. I was never late and I was widely regarded as a hard worker. While working for the country club, I learned what responsibility, work-ethic, and persistence truly meant. Starting at 5:30, I would cut greens and tees which meant walking from hole to hole and making sure each cut was extremely accurate. This meant I had to work diligently and carefully. No matter if the temperature was 100 degrees or if rain was pouring down, I was there working. I learned so much from this job, and I am grateful for the experience and growth I now have.
