My name is Joshua Conner, and I am pursuing a bachelors degree in Information Technology at Southern New Hampshire University. I currently reside in Lexington, Kentucky. From 2005 to 2012, I proudly served in the United States Army, completing two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before being medically retired due to injuries sustained in service. Following my military career, I worked in the automotive industry from 2012 to 2021, where I held roles such as Account Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Manager. During this time, I earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green and Yellow Belt) and Engineering Project Management. My professional experience includes expertise in quality management, risk analysis, cost analysis, process improvement, and automation processes. In 2021, I transitioned into the distribution industry, where I continue to work in both air and ground operations. Alongside my career, I am a proud father of fourone boy and three girlswho inspire me daily. Returning to school is not only an investment in my professional growth but also a way to show my children the importance of lifelong learning and perseverance.
