February, 03 2022 - Verified by University of South Carolina BeaufortWhen guests enter into the Sea Pines Community, the Gate Officer is the first person they see. I am responsible for ensuring that all guests buy a pass to enter into sea pines. I am also responsible for ensuring that pass holders, for residents and workers, have their passes properly displayed. Whenever emergency personnel needs assistance, whether to be allowed through or help in the actions of law enforcement, I must follow their commands and procedures. My main responsibility is that our guests are taken care of and the policies of Sea Pines CSA are upheld.
I was responsible for working with my coworkers and managers to read and create all meals on order slips in as little time as possible to ensure the customer gets their food quickly and cooked properly. I was responsible for keeping all areas stocked and clean for the remainder of my shift and for the incoming shift after me. I am able to adjust to rapid changes in orders and shortages as they occur.
I greeted customers as they entered the restaurant and sat them accordingly. I checked out the customers when they are done with their meal. I was responsible for cleaning and stocking the checkout area, restrooms, and the lobby of the restaurant. If needed, I waited on tables by taking food and drink orders.
I was responsible for fulfilling each and every part of an order that is sent to me. I made sure that everything was cooked properly and thoroughly. Keeping everything clean and stocked on the grill line so as to ensure maximum sanitation and preparedness for the rest of my and the next incoming shift.
