As an active participant in the Society of Women Engineers, I am committed to advancing gender equity in STEM and supporting a more inclusive engineering community. As Vice President of my local Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) chapter, I am dedicated to strengthening professional development, technical excellence, and industry engagement within the petroleum engineering community. My work within SPE focuses on promoting high standards of professionalism, advancing safe and efficient operational practices, and encouraging responsible resource development. I engage actively with industry experts to explore innovations in drilling, production, environmental stewardship, and the evolving energy landscape, ensuring our chapter remains aligned with the future needs of the field. Serving as Vice President has allowed me to support my peers, foster collaboration, and cultivate an environment where technical curiosity and leadership can thrive.
