I took orders from the guests, answered the phone, delivered food to tables, kept things cleaned up and stocked, and I also had the opportunity to manage servers on the floor.
I help out at the front desk and check books in and out. I also help answer any questions they may have. I also go and clean bookshelves off and make sure the books are in order.
Some responsibilities included setting up tables with silverware and bringing customers drinks. Then would check-in and also clean the table once they left. Along with working at the cash register, greeting people, and answering the phone. I was also a back-up server meaning I took orders.
