Karriem KC Cherry is a Massachusetts real estate professional, investor, and community leader with more than two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, property management, acquisitions, and neighborhood revitalization. As the Executive Director of the Lynn Community Development Corporation, he is focused on creating meaningful change through affordable housing initiatives, adaptive reuse development projects, and programs designed to strengthen underserved communities. Alongside running his real estate brokerage, CherryPickingProperties, KC continues to expand his entrepreneurial reach through new ventures centered around community impact, economic opportunity, and long-term neighborhood growth. Known for his leadership, resilience, and people-first approach, KC combines business experience with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. His long-term vision includes transforming abandoned schools and underutilized buildings into affordable housing while creating skilled labor opportunities for at-risk youth throughout Massachusetts. A proud father of two accomplished daughters, he takes inspiration from their success one a business owner specializing in beauty and aesthetics, and the other a Licensed Nurse Practitioner both following the example of their fathers determination, work ethic, and commitment to building a better future. Currently pursuing his bachelors degree while continuing to lead multiple business and community initiatives, KC represents the next generation of community-focused real estate development: combining entrepreneurship, leadership, and heart to create projects that leave a lasting impact.
