Katherine McDermott

Majoring in Biochemistry And Molecular Biology, Minoring in Sustainability
University at Albany, Class of 2018
From Warwick, NY
I am a hard-working and passionate young professional with aspirations within the environmental consulting and public relations field. I will achieve this by empathizing growth and development of a company as well as environmental impact. Economic efficiency and environmental mindfulness can be achieved in junction, despite the misleading impression that they oppose each other. The future of business is of a more holistic trajectory, including the social costs toward sustainability. I am excited to help businesses shift into this holistic mindset and find pride in protecting our earth.
