I am a Miami native that received my Bachelors of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida. I was involved in other prestigious organizations such as Phi Eta Sigma, Delta Epsilon Iota, and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I am also a first generation college student. I also received scholarships and made the Dean's List twice. I am currently getting my Master's in Social Work. I also currently work with the juvenile population and plan to continue my social work career in the criminal justice setting.

Juvenile Assessment Screener at DISC Village Inc.,
• Process juveniles’ criminal charges using the Detention Risk Assessment(DRAI)
• Make recommendations for detention placement or other alternatives according to DRAI score
• Make court packets and put together DJJ files
• Screen youth and make recommendations based on substance abuse, mental health, health, and family history
• Conduct drug testing and pat searches
• Collaborate with law enforcement to ensure procedures are followed correctly
• Use the Positive Achievement Change Tool (PACT) to assess youth’s risk to reoffend
