Required Qualifications
Must be familiar with cash handling and credit card purchases. Must be a friendly and outgoing person not afraid of conversing with each and every guest.
Cashier jobs involve high levels of customer interaction and carry no formal requirements for employment consideration. Primary responsibilities include scanning merchandise and coupons, operating cash registers, and processing payments to finalize sales transactions. Cashiers also clean work areas and bag groceries as needed. Strong customer service skills, professional demeanors, and basic math abilities required.
Serves and replenishes food from counters and steam tables and breaks down stations at the end of meal periods. Additional responsibilities include clean and sanitize work stations, counters, steam tables and other equipment, setting up stations with condiments and utensils, brewing coffee and tea, interaction with guests, reading recipes and/or product directions, estimating food requirements, operating a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season and knead ingredients for cooking, serving and storing, assisting in the preparation of foods, inspecting work stations for compliance with service standards, keeping records and requisition for supplies/equipment.
