Aviation Electricans Mate Second Class Petty Officer at United States Navy Veteran

A few of my titles and responsibilities included:

Work Center Supervisor of Electrical and Instrument Repair Shop

Maintained shipboard and on the job training, licenses, and personnel qualification records of 10 technicians.

Directed 10 technicians in day-to-day tasks to include the upkeep of Quality Assurance programs such as Tool Control, Foreign Object Damage, Electrical Safety, and Hazardous Material Management.

CVN-76 3 & 2 Petty Officer Association President

Liaison between enlisted 3rd and 2nd Class Petty Officers and senior enlisted to include the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and the Command Master Chief.

Organized Command functions to improve morale for Petty Officers.

Coordinated volunteer events in the San Diego community to represent the USS Ronald Reagan.

Led 110 members of the 3 & 2 Petty Officer Association in command process improvement.

Production Supervisor

Led 10 electrical and instrument repair technicians in basic electrical troubleshooting and schematics.

Maintained a 97% rate of repair for instruments issued to Strike Group Squadrons.

Instrument Repair Technician

Repaired sealed analog and digital indicators found in the following aircraft platforms: F/A-18E, F/A-18F, EA-6B, E-C2, H-60.
