Keana Saunders

Medaille College, Class of 2019
From Cambria Heights, NY
I liked to consider myself a huge people person and I have experience working with many different groups of people. Being a college student is something I would like to consider a full time job, however it does not pay the bills. Between working part-time, staying on top of my grades, and trying to be as involved on campus as possible I've been able to master my time management skills. I have worked with children for a number of years and recently switched over to the hospitality field when I received my job at the Hampton Inn at Brockport, I was extremely nervous at first because I was use to talking to children. Once I got the hang of it I developed great communications skills, and a lot more patience. I am now a better public speaker, I can carry a conversation way past the basic introductions, much more ! I am welling to push my limits further now because I know their is far more the world has to offer once you step out of your comfort zone.
