Shift Lead; Server Coach at Miller's Ale House Restaurants
I have several managerial responsibilities as a Shift Leader. During the shift, I supervise and direct other servers and team members to ensure a successful shift for all, and verify that the other servers complete their allotted work before the ends of their respective shifts. At the end of the shift, I am responsible for closing the restaurant after every other server has been checked and clocked out. As a Server Coach, I train Rookie Servers upon their hiring to prepare them to serve or bartend at Miller's.
I am currently cross-training as a Miller's bartender, as I already have been certified as a Mixologist.
