Hello, my name is Kellie Daley and I am a junior at Youngstown State University. I am an advertising and public relations major and a management minor. I am a barista trainer at Starbucks where I have learned customer service, training and leadership skills and strengthened my time management and interpersonal abilities. Through my experience there I have grown exponentially as a person and employee. Also I am currently a first year member of YSU Ads Club, where I assist in research groups, creating surveys and focus group questions, and developing an over all advertising portfolio for a specific organization. In addition the that, Ads club works closely with local businesses on advertising campaigns and plans fundraising events. The experiences I have had throughout my college career have inspired my creative thinking and sparked a passion for the work in my field. Specialties Include: Multi-tasking and time management, customer service, training and employee development, interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and management skills.
