Kelly Gerlach

Hi all, I'm a current MBA student with a background in public administration and a deep commitment to mission-driven work. With experience in the nonprofit sector, I bring both compassion and strategic thinking to my role, driven by a desire to create lasting, positive change in my community. I hold a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and am now expanding my leadership and management skills through the MBA program at UW-Whitewater. I am passionate about lifelong learning and believe in the power of informed, values-based leadership to make a meaningful difference.
