• Organized a process that successfully matched 250+ underclassmen with upperclassmen in the Honors College in order to establish a mentoring relationship.
• Led and developed a honors curriculum that provided students in the Honors College materials necessary in helping their mentees with academic, physical, emotional, financial, and social goals.
• Served as a liaison for students who were encountering problems throughout their college career in order to provide them with the appropriate resources.
