• Organized a process that successfully matched 250+ underclassmen with upperclassmen in the Honors College in order to establish a mentoring relationship. • Led and developed a honors curriculum that provided students in the Honors College materials necessary in helping their mentees with academic, physical, emotional, financial, and social goals. • Served as a liaison for students who were encountering problems throughout their college career in order to provide them with the appropriate resources.

• Assist as receptionist handling phones calls, transfers, scheduling meetings and any additional required tasks within the Dean of Student's Office. • Work up to 15 hours a week to earn the necessary funds to pay for college expenses. • Answer calls and educate student of what the Dean’s Office can do for them. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding University business files for the safety of the University and its students. • Communicate with students and the dean of students’ faculty to ensure that information is adequately explained in a clear way while addressing complaints.
