I am a full time student here at SUNY New Paltz with a major in Organizatjonal Communications and minoring in Business. I am highly motivated to eventually own my own business. I have about six years of retail experience. I have strong leadership and successful team building capabilities. Excellent technical, interpersonal and small group communication skills and many other customer service skills. Resourceful problem solver with proven ability to bring quick resolution to challenging situations as well as build lasting relationships with customers.Other people would say my strengths are that I am a great listener, detail oriented, communicator, team player, positive, tactful and an implementer. My most effective strengths to be a successful student and future business owner. Would be they way I commit my attention to detail, practice of efficiency, optimistic toward goals, determination, and logical; which are important key factors toward my success. These keys are useful as a student to stay on top of course material, learn the material, and capture all the lessons. In addition applying them to everyday life (or the future in a different perspective). When you pay attention to detail it helps you recognize details that you may miss or are unaware of. Also it allows you to prevent many mistakes. Efficiency makes sure the job is done and is completed well. The outcome is beneficial and productive. By having an optimistic point of view and opinion, it allows for many ideas to solve different problems. It allows for hope and confidence for the future to be a success. Determination will give you the drive to get the job done. Determination gives you a purpose to do what you do in every given situation. Finally having a logical approach on assignments and goals allows for a natural and sensible ideas for decision making strategies.
