I was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont and although the University of Vermont is close to home, I'm surrounded by an entirely new community filled with amazing and inspiring individuals. Adjusting to school has forced me to recognize many things about myself, most of all, I'm better at solving problems than I had once believed. I enjoy being busy and always having something to do, which is why I took a job as a lifeguard at UVM and continue to work off campus as well. My favorite pass times include writing poetry, reading, listening to music, going to stick and puck, swimming laps at the pool, and hanging out with the friends I have made. I hope UVM continues to surprise me and provide me with even more opportunities.
