Promote and convert the original work flow into the cloud system. The CRM is the core of the system, which enable more efficient, less time consuming to maintain one client's information. The system is more suitable for a growing company and scale-able comparing with a one-person business.
Updated the phone system with PBX in A Flash, hosted by 3rd-party cloud company, which is located in local area for minimize ping time. The rented engine is suited for unlimited SIP trunks, 10 simultaneously call, unlimited extension, and many features that are easy to adapt when need.
Training people to use and edit custom fields in CRM for 2 weeks. Write operation manuals for CRM system and PBX system.
Create template marketing service link with CRM and MailChimp email campaign for autonomous sync contacts to the CRM.
