Kristi Knight

Hello, My name is Kristi Knight, I live in Indianapolis with my husband and blended family of 6 children and one granddaughter. All of our children are grown except one remaining 16 year old we have at home who keeps us very busy with his love of baseball. I was fortunate to go back to school later in life to earn my BA, and I am able to continue to pursue my passion of helping others now working toward my MA in Mental Health Counseling. I currently own a private health coaching and neurofeedback training practice. I love to spend time with family, reading, love to learn new things, crafting and trying new healthy recipes.
