Going into the workforce immediately after high school, I gained experience in municipal projects and limited experience in public relations. It was incredibly interesting to be involved in complex projects spanning multiple departments within the City of Westlake. Between Service, Legal and Engineering departments, the amount of cooperation was amazing and well executed. I found myself more interested in the business management side of operations while working for Westlake and after nine years decided to enroll in school for Business Management. Coordination of projects and time management are of particular interest to me, this is most likely due to the fact it is incredibly complicated and requires a large knowledge base in all areas of production. After I am done with school I do not know if I will be going back into public service or remain in the private sector. I will have to decide in the next year or so which area I want to go into as classes become more focused on specific business disciplines, and at that time I will have to update this summary. With everything I have done in my life so far I am confident in my decisions and see myself as a determined individual.
