As a Service Manager, my duty is to position the branch jointly, in partnership with the Branch Manager. My duties include, but are not limited to, managing the work of 4 direct reports; in areas of risk mitigation, customer service, cash handling, and additional operations of the branch. Preparing branch team members for annual audits, records retention, all while fostering an inclusive, diverse environment. Skilled in managing multiple locations, team member engagement, facilitation, and coaching.
