Georgia Pacific uses the Tidal Enterprise Scheduling (TES) system utilizes a file server for sending/receiving data between applications and their interfaces through files. Even though the data is sent/received, the files remain on the server. This project determines which files will be kept on the server and develops an automated process for maintaining these files. This project includes a GUI within SharePoint's Nintex forms and workflows. A created executable file is created using SQL to run on a daily basis to delete and archive selected files.
