Ensuring safety of themselves and others. Data collection of behaviors, documenting their daily duties and activities. If a client was in crisis we would attempt to de-escalate the client before utilizing SCM procedures. If a client was in danger to themselves or to others, we would utilize SCM or UKERU.
Switching to CFS (Child and Family Services), I attend all meetings and take meeting minutes, I complete records requests and other office needs/daily duties.
