Resource Advsisor & Administrative Coordinator at The Citadel, Zucker Family School of Education
Coordination of general administrative, business management, and support activities for the Dean.
Service as ZFSOE Resource Advisor, including budget planning, maintenance of financial records, and processing of budget requests.
Handling of travel requests and reimbursements for all ZFSOE faculty and staff.
Procurement (office supplies and furniture, equipment/supplies for grants).
Coordination and fiscal management of events, including visits of VIP guests.
Processing of memoranda of agreement and contracts relative to grants, spending from endowments, graduates cohorts from local school districts and other similar projects.
Supporting dean in personnel matters.
Preparing contracts for and engages in routine communication with adjunct faculty.
Scheduling appointments and meetings with internal/external constituents, including faculty, staff, students, donors and friends, business contacts, and community partners.
Service as recording secretary for the Professional Education Board and the Development Advisory Board.
Providing coordination and record keeping support relative to accreditation work.
Assuring data bases are maintained relative to recommendations of graduates for certification.
Office management, regulation of office work flow, and daily oversight of work of other personnel (Admin Specialist, graduate assistants, temporary employees).
Serves as a ZFSOE representative member to the IPC Committee and Communications Council.
