I collected requested holds and shelved books, as well as managed the Summer Reading Program booth. I developed customer service abilities, strengthened my time management, and reinforced my organizational skills.

I worked at the cash register and bakery to serve customers and fulfill orders. I developed leadership, time management and cooperation skills. I was also recognized by management for customer service excellence twice.

I assisted golfers to improve their enjoyment and efficiency of the game. I managed their bags, carts and equipment. This job required patience, attention to detail, and adaptability, as well as strong conversational skills. During my first season, I was promoted four times, and my member ratings were consistently Excellent.
