Runner, Expeditor, Baker at Harvest Grill and Greens at James Ranch
I began as a food runner (my first job), then progressed to working in the kitchen within the summer. I still work in the kitchen and am responsible for assembling meals and ensuring the customers receive what they ordered. I began baking as soon as they purchased a commercial oven in 2017, and am still the primary baker. I bake desserts and gluten free buns sold in the restaurant and in the adjoined James Ranch Market.
