Devoted member of the Iowa Womens rowing team as the position of a coxswain. Work along side coaches daily in practices to guide rowers in technique and workouts. Motivate rowers in practice and competition to compete at their highest level possible. Organize and handle equipment with boats and daily boat house functions. 20+ hours a week dedicated to practices, competition, and training.
