Hi there! I'm Lisa, an Academy Trainer at Walmart, where I get to help my teammates grow and succeed by teaching skills, sharing knowledge, and supporting their development. I've always enjoyed working with people and creating a positive environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best. I graduated from Texas State Technical College in 2004 as a proud Phi Theta Kappa member and recently started working on my bachelor's degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University. My passion for learning and helping others thrive keeps me motivated, whether I'm mentoring associates at work or exploring new challenges in my education. When I'm not training or studying, I love spending time crafting. I love to sew and knit, creating something new. I am an avid reader who also enjoys the outdoors. I'm excited to continue growing and making an impact wherever I can!

As an Academy Trainer at Walmart, I help train and support my teammates so they can do their jobs confidently and successfully. I show associates how to use new tools, and make sure everyone understands company processes and policies. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and growing their skills. At the end of the day, Im all about helping the team work better together and provide great service to our customers.
