Lisa Wellman

University of Findlay, Class of 2016
From Zanesville
I enjoy communicating safety to improve the workplace for all employees. Through communication, setting goals, and follow through I believe great safety programs are made. Once employees learn to communicate safety, it is contagious and results are seen throughout a facility. Workers' Compensation premiums are reduced due to a safer work environment being shared by all. Communication and education are key to a great safety program. Education and training coordination helps put smiles on employee's faces as they learn more to better do their job or to move up in the company. I enjoy coordinating organizational development through both internal and external training. I also enjoy creating and presenting safety presentations that are not only fun, but interactive, and different every time!
