The role of an energetic and enthusiastic leader to help first-year students succeed at Cedar Crest College and as the primary leader of a Falcon Group from SOAR throughout the cohorts entire first year at Cedar Crest. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining relationships with and providing assistance and support for first-year students (focus on a smooth transition, acclimation and a sense of belonging), participating in training, programs and activities, and working together with other FYE Mentors in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include; completing printing orders (copies/exams, manuals, banners, booklets, business cards, etc) for faculty and campus-wide events, assisting in interdepartmental mail delivery across campus, as well as unloading and shipping packages to and from Cedar Crest students and faculty.
