I believe health encompasses physical, mental, and social well-being. I thrive on improving health and quality of life. I feel that a more desirable and logical option of the healthcare model is shifting the focus of care on treating the whole human being. I'm interested in creating partnerships between medical and fitness professionals within communities for customized and personal care aligned with their values, beliefs, and philosophies about health and life.
