Freedom Credit Union
Information Security InternDecember 2016 - February 2017During the 2016 winter break for college, I had great opportunity of working as an information security intern at Freedom Credit Union. I shadowed the IT manager there, and was able to learn a lot about what goes on during an IT managers daily routine. I also worked with the help desk employee when she needed to go on service calls to fix equipment, troubleshoot problems, and install new equipment when an employee needed it. Overall it was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had.

Stop and Shop Supermarket
Customer Service AssociateNovember 2012 - July 2015I was very ambitious at a young age and was able to get a job at my local supermarket at the age of fifteen! At this job, I was able to gain a lot of customer service experience by working the cash register and resolving any problems that would come up. While it was a bit stressful going to high school and working at the same time, I am very glad I did it and am very happy that I was able to get exposure to customer service at such a young age.
